1. Infrared mold and infrared sample holder: Infrared molds commonly use 13mm inner diameter molds, XYM-Z 13MM is an integrated infrared mold, and XYM-ZP 13MM mold is a hard alloy material mold with a higher hardness of HRC85 or above and a longer lifespan. Both of the above molds are equipped with infrared magnetic sample holders, suitable for use with various types of infrared spectrometers. There are also various other molds with different inner diameters available for different infrared experiments.

2. XYM-MT 13MM non demoulding mold: with a built-in sample holder in the middle, the pressed sample pieces can be directly placed in the sample holder without demoulding.

3. Agate mortar: Made from high-quality agate raw materials imported from Brazil, it is cut, polished, and used for grinding and analyzing small amounts of solid and powder samples in the laboratory.

4. Infrared oven: As a supporting accessory of an infrared spectrophotometer, the infrared oven has automatic temperature control function with a temperature control range of 100-250 °. It is mainly used for drying potassium bromide powder or window panels, silicone and other materials that are easily deliquescent. It can also be used for infrared and electric heating baking in combination

5. Spectral pure KBr: Spectral pure grade KBr crystals or powders grown by single crystal furnace pulling method. The infrared band of 2.5-25 microns forms a straight line at around 90% without any peaks. Perfectly adapted for infrared analysis experiments.

The potassium bromide crystal used must be strictly controlled, and can only be put into production and processing after full band scanning on an infrared spectrometer to ensure that there are no peaks in the entire band. Can perfectly replace imported KBr window panels
